Well, now, this is weird--I'm logged in, yet the Off-topic section is not showing up on the home page. Even if I take a shortcut to one of the subjects on the section, if I click the 'Off-topic' label, it just takes me to the top of the home page, instead of the top of the Off-topic section. "You are now entering the Internet Zone...."
It has been removed by the administrators. Appears that a lot of people only visited that section to find things to complain about so it got shut down.
