Hey guys so as some of you may remember since the end of last year I have been having a 408 stroker built up by a professional engine builder. So on Monday he finally did the finishing touches on it, and he ran it on his engine dyno. The thing is very impressive, it ended up making 557hp@ 6,300rpms, and 463ft pounds of torque. Hopefully if all goes well he is going to drop it off tomorrow, and then I will start the fun part of putting it back in the car. Well here is a link for a video I threw togeather of the dyno pull, this thing looks nasty sitting still.

Thanks for all the comments guys, I have been waiting quite some time to get this beast back on the road. About buying stock in tire company's like Sarah said it is going to be very tempting not to break these suckers free with all of that power. I am probably going to have to buy stock in a fuel company many bp will be cheap as hell with that big oil spilless they caused. Well thanks for the comments and video and pics of the motor in the car coming soon.

Hey guys so I just wanted to let all of u know that the motor is in the car. I do have to say that these year rancheros are a pita because of the big front end. Ended up putting the motor in from the side to fix this problem. So it is all bolted up and now I could get onto the other things. I will take some pics soon, stay tuned for more.
