GOOD FOR YOU. I am amazed that you are home after 4.5 days. I was in the hospital for 19 days after mine, and then lived in my electric recliner for another 3 weeks. I had no blockages but actually the reverse. My Aorta was about to blow up, so they fixed that and also gave me a new aortic valve (I moo now and again) while they were at it. Here's wishing you a very speedy recovery.
OK. Andy, is that question based on observation or satire ? I ask because my observation of local friends who have had anurism repairs or by-pass surgery reveals a definate tendency to obsess over their lawns. One mows his lawn three times a week while the other who had six by-passes buys every riding mower he encounters while on his route reading water meters. Each has around two acres that now look like golf course greens. I shudder thinking about my fate if it ever happens to me, already feel like I am married to my mowers doing my eleven acres.
He said that because I got a cow valve to replace mine. Luckily I didn't get a pig valve. Some folks get a mechanical valve and you can actually hear them click. I mow my 2 acres and I have had my riding mower for about 10 years now with no obsession for an new one.
Hey, at least you got one that works. Much better to be here than the alternative and everyone on this site is glad you're still kicking. Maybe the guys here are having a reaction to the fumes in the air considering we live in the middle between Jack Daniels and George Dickel.
