Hey, is it okay to have a plug gap of 0.000"? This is a good example of

why you need to check everything when buying a classic. She runs much better with the gap set at 0.035!

When others work on your car, you have to check the work.

Good find. Pull that plug again and make sure it is not closing up again. Was that the only one?

Seemed to be. This was #7. Number eight was probably 0.025 - 0.030, but the others seemed okay. I also noticed today that there is only water in the radiator, so I'll drain that out tomorrow, when I do the oil change.

Somebody dropped a plug on the concrete when servicing or changing plugs, picked it up without examining it, and put it in. Seen that more than once. JMO.

She's a completely different ride with the new plugs. You'd think the PO would have noticed that. These weren't ancient plugs, but they weren't new, either. Oh, well, all better now.

maybe that is why he sold it.
Did a tune up and it ran worse. Figured it was done.
