Hey, is it okay to have a plug gap of 0.000"? This is a good example of why you need to check everything when buying a classic. She runs much better with the gap set at 0.035! Joseph
Seemed to be. This was #7. Number eight was probably 0.025 - 0.030, but the others seemed okay. I also noticed today that there is only water in the radiator, so I'll drain that out tomorrow, when I do the oil change. Joseph
Somebody dropped a plug on the concrete when servicing or changing plugs, picked it up without examining it, and put it in. Seen that more than once. JMO.
She's a completely different ride with the new plugs. You'd think the PO would have noticed that. These weren't ancient plugs, but they weren't new, either. Oh, well, all better now. Joseph
