Steve go to the site where you are hosting the pics. Right click on pic, click on properties copy the complete address and paste into the image link.. Carl
Well it's there now.......wasn't anything there when I posted it but a box w/red X. ?????????????????????
To heck with the Ranchero - check out the shop! You guys make me green (it is Saint Patrick's Day) with envy.
Now hooooooold on a minute there Clark! Dat's my 'Chero you're talkin' 'bout thar! It is a nice shop, kind of a joint venture of my uncle and myself. It's 40x80, two post in-ground lift, gas heat, plumbed air and water all around, wire and stick welders, just lots of goodies. He's 87, retired of course and has lots of time to play with his cars. I have 5 1/2 more years to go and seem to have NO TIME. Yeah I'm lucky, couldn't have access to all of this on my own. Steve
Even better pictures Steve! I've said it before and I'll say it again - very gutsy move! Glad you could bring these two back to life.
Man ,I like the way the frontend on these 68 ,69 looks , what kind of power plant is going back in her ?
Jeff, I was hoping to go with a 4.6L DOHC Lincoln motor but it just won't fit without cutting down the shock towers. So an injected 5.0 HO it will be, when I find one, coupled to an AOD.
So why not go with a Mustang-II front end from Rod & Custom front ends and go with the DOHC Lincoln? Surely $$$ can solve this.
I was hoping you were going to say a 429/460 . Didn't a few 68 ,69 s have the 428 in them ? Just curious ......
Big inches are good. But if this is going to be more than a Sunday afternoon driver I need some gas mileage. Yep, there were some 428's.
