Very nice and clearly a great deal of work. I don't know about your truck but my '75 rusted through the floor behind the seats because, unknown to me, the rear window seal was leaking.

 

mine had holes in the bodywork

 

reminds me of the rot i found in mine. was thinking i would like a vinyl roof, but not now i have seen what its done to yours.

 

Hello everyone. It's the gearbox's turn for a facelift... It's not excessively worn, but we're changing all the seals and other kit parts.







Some engine components have been replaced, new or rebuilt as new

This morning it was gearbox assembly. It should join the engine next week.

I wish you all a happy new year in 2025. For my part, I started the year by working with the polishing machine I received on 31/12/2024...I'm pleased with the result on my stainless steel rods. You can see the difference, it's all shiny now !

Fresh news this morning...
The engine is running smoothly and so is the gearbox
the bodywork is also progressing and the green light was given this morning to the coachbuilder for the ral 5015
the inside of the body will also be in blue 5015 but in “raptor” for greater solidity.
The lower side strips will be made when the body is fully assembled (to ensure proper alignment of the body-door-wing strips).

 

Oh wow! Wish I had a place like that for Ranchero rehabilitation. One heck of a lot of work in that.
