The shipping is like 1400 us$ from Los Angeles to Norway, but I have too pay 25% tax on the price I bought it for and for the shipping so I think its pretty much all together.And then I have to pay about 600$ in an one time tax just for getting it on Norwegian plates and a 280$ fee who I get back if I scrap it(Newer getting it back) But I want it so then I got to pay up. The certifing issues here are nice on veteran vehicles(over 30 years) but belt,rust issues and brakes are what they look for, They really dont care much about big modifiing, but they dont know too much if you dont tell them. I'm pleased with the car but I got a payment problem the seller a 70 something guy needs cash and I cant get it too him soo I've asked Trikar if he can help me out, hopefully he can. The old seller want too see green $ he he. I'll think we fix it.
Yes but that was the 500$ deposit and she sendt it back and I had an 20 min phonecall with her(the doughter in Ohio) But the father in Ca wanted it in cash so she had a problem but I hope I can solve it trough Trikar he offered once before, well I did not win that car at the end. I even send him on a plane if nessesary. That is if he got the time to do this for me. I pay him for his time offcause.

I should say that the guy selling at 40,000 will wait for a while to sell.Big money like that can get you a nice car here, but people do make some good money bringing in old US cars.Like anything, you have to know your stuff.Have a look at www.trademe.co.nz if you want to see whats for sale here.Its a lot like ebay and the Motoring section has some interesting stuff.

Yes Brian, I got mine to drive as much as possible, I want it to be my daily AND to look as cool as f**k.All my mods so far have been practical, I had discs put on the front,new starter motor and alternator,new shocks on rear,wheel bearings done,a couple of autometer guages for oil & temp. Now the dizzy has had problems ( ballast? ) so Ive bought a pro-comp H.E.I. unit to replace it.Ive got it on but now the fuelpump has given up,so I dont even know if I did the dizzy right.Im no mechanic, but Im trying to learn and do as much of the chero work as I can. I just got some lakepipes !! They look like the ones that came stock on the Corvettes in the mid/late 60s. I want it to look like a 70s street machine,with period mods and rims etc. Ive found some old car audio stuff that looks the part, maybe I can find an 8-track ! Anyway, I should get some pics up .As for the 302, Im polishing a water-pump,waiting til I can afford an aluminium intake manifold so I can fit my 650 vac/sec Edelbrock, plus trying to find some inexpensive Headers for when I fit the lakes. Hey, Dwayne sorry to say but it did not work out with the car, but now I got another one going. Its a genuine "N" code (429) 72 offcause GT to. And just hope its a ok car no rust is the main concern, but Brian loves to fix rust so no worries. He He. he is like 3 houers drive and a 2.5 houer ferry trip away so he might not speak to loud. Well we just have to see what I ends up with at the end.
