I'm looking for help on a rear anti-sway bar installation for my 1972 Ranchero.

ADDCO sway bars - even though they're aftermarket, might be pics/instructions that help

I installed an OEM rear anti-sway bar on my 74 years ago. What help are you looking for?

Did you notice a difference after you installed? Could you post a few pic's of how your looks especially where and how you mounted it? Thanks Jeff...

on mine you would notice the bar underneath the axle. there is a lot less body roll going around corners, i also have a slightly bigger bar on the front. if memory serves
    1 1/8" in place of original 1"

I uploaded the 3 images above. The first shows the bar from the rear, the second shows how it attaches to the axle housing with a U-bolt and the third shows how the links on each end attach to the frame cross member near the rear axle.

I installed the sway bar approximately 14 years ago. I remember thinking it had a positive affect on handling and reducing body roll but can’t quantify it being so long ago.
