Front half together, carpet in,DRL in new grill, front and rear cameras as well.Havent figured out where to plumb left a/c vent, may just go away with Intellitronix gauge cluster install..Pulled the trigger on new Ron Francis EFI harness, tired of screwing with 30 year old cooked harness.

And how much was the Ron Francis harness? Does he use the same wire color coding as Ford factory did?

You might check out some of the Vintage Air dash ducts or maybe some billet ducts used in street rods.

I don't want "off-road use only," I plan to have the emissions all intact. Will he build the harness with the emissions gear in mind?

Bought a vent off a G6,little bigger than I wanted but may work.Problem will be finding place to tie in flex duct.May have to tap center ducts,
they are close.Cant go straight back, defroster duct in way..Ill fool with it Hillbilly till I get frustrated.Actually center pair blows pretty good with
left vent capped, but I like cold air directly on my noggin..

You might find a small rectangle shaped duct that would go in under the left two gauges. If not, maybe under the climate control and light switch.

Seems I've seen a similar bit of aluminum used to rebuild a dash somewhere before ;)

    Cheers,

Doors on today, still need to install glass and adjust to get them to seal better.Took her to town today filled up with 91 swill.Runs like a completely different engine.Even feel the computer adjusting mixture as it learns.Very pleased with new harness! Off to the window tint guy next week.
