RIP TIM CONWAY 1933-2019 & DORIS DAY April 3, 1922 – May 13, 2019

He was so funny he could make most any on cry tears of joy

 

And let's not forget Miss Doris Day who passed yesterday morning.

Conway's ability to make just about anyone (especially Harvey Korman) bust out laughing was legendary. I live for seeing Korman break a smirk, then Conway would up the wacky factor, a turn of the screw every time Conway said anything, until Korman just squinched his eyes and laughed mirthfully.

Yeah, he even broke up Carol herself more than once. He was a delight.

 

If you would have asked me last week, 'Is Doris Day alive or dead?', I'd have said dead.

 

I had thought she died years ago.
