    And the ones who aren't checking out are on their farewell tours. I just heard that Bob Seger is calling it quits.

    Except the Stones. I think they sold their souls, and will probably still be touring after they bury me.

    I had tickets to ZZ Top's recent tour, but it was cancelled- ol' Dusty got pneumonia. Bummer.

    Thank you. Uncle Dave would wave those condolences aside. He was more about living than dying, except now. His final wish was for friends and family to have their favorite meal and toast him with a drink in his honor. Thursday is my day. Lasagna and his favorite scotch, Lagavulin.
