FYI, I couldn't get to ranchero.us for much of Thursday eve and most all of today. Wasn't my comcast, everything else worked just fine including European sites.

Probably a NSA tap is the source of your problem.;)

Out again from 10:30pm to midnight -- after which I went to bed.

Couldn't ping or traceroute to ranchero.us.

Maybe you had been smoking too much whacky tobacco, and in your hightened state of awareness, you were trying to log onto one of those other Ranchero boards.

Wouldn't those posts be visible today, with a "yesterday" date? Not much there like that.

Just saying, it's been very erratic here, lately.

    Yup.
    NSA.
Admitting you commit federal crimes every day comes at a price.
When the drone comes, do your neighbors a favor and stand in the center of your house. Don't want any collateral damage.

I haven't run into any problems, if anything, the site seems to be running faster than usual.

Was down again late hours yesterday, and this morning until just now.

When I try to go to 67.19.114.66 I get an Apache server page.

Sometimes I get a message saying the site is down, but if I shut down my browser and delete my cookies and history then restart the browser the site is there.
This barely happens though, not as much as what's happening with you BB.

So, are you saying that BB should look in the mirror to find the problem?;)

Was gone most of yesterday here. Failed while I was still logged-on after sending that mess at 10:30 yesterday.

Edit: down most of today; checked at 2:30, 4:05, and 7:30. OK at 11:25pm. Message is: couldn't find the server at www.ranchero.us.

Edit Thursday -- down since 8:30am on Wednesday until just now, same message. Seems like this must be a DNS problem.

Not saying you are wrong, but I checked in several times yesterday and it was working fine. Maybe I just happened to check in at the right times. Who knows?

I am having no issues at all. Like ribald said it seems to be faster if anything for me lately.

I`ve been on site several times during these discussions of the site being down, without any ill effects or problems...
the Motorcycle site I frequent is a pain in the butt, but nothing wrong here fer me...
