Yup, I can! Yes, I can use them and do. There is a setting in the User CP user options that you select to permit them or not. This is the normal reply window if you select the "Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls" at the very bottom of the "Edit Options" Page in your User CP: If you have selected the "Basic Editor - A simple text box" that is all you get with the exception of the smileys for the subject line.

CJ, not bashing the GT-Qcode, I have always been a windsor fan, if it were a q-code I would have to leave it that way, being it a 302 car, I can transplant anything in it I wish, maybe even a diesel

Yep, once you realize that everyone's just jealous of you, life gets a lot easier. CJ thanks again for the help getting me the e-brake setup. I can't say too much now, putting fish guts into Charlie and all. Sort of makes him a hybrid freak of some sort.
