    1993 S10 BLAZER 4X4 TAHOE.

    Other than the LIM gaskets, does anyone know what some common problems are? Its a surprise for my dad as he has been wanting a cheap 4x4 truck. Apparently a trans gasket is leaking and the owner lost the keys. V6 TBI

    {1} Leaking Intakes coolant contaminating oil
    {2} Broken OR damaged crankshafts (4 design changes NEVER solved problems}
    My comments based on 38 years experience in Crankshaft industry.

    Wait until you get to replace the "Spider" fuel injector under the intake. Or when all the guts in the doors unravel.

    I'm not worried about the doors. I didn't know a TBI as a spider injector...

    Yep. plus, my dad has a whole stock of GM parts despite only having 3 GM cars, and 18 Fords

    They just replaced the transmission, too. Someone drove it 700 miles with the 4wd engaged

    Ever seen one of those injector systems ? One injector hooked to a bunch of fishbowl tubing with check valves stuck in the ends of the tubing. Looks like a spider.
