Prices are crazy now; check out these two on eBay: The burgundy one is really well done, but started life as a 6 cylinder car; that’s big bucks for a non-original car. The red one is pretty much ‘lipstick on a pig’, with a horrible paint job; you can see different shades all over it.
Well, what people ask for and what they get are usually 2 diff things, especially on eBay, BUT, if someone offered me $35K (and mine is a legit quality hot rod) for mine I'd take it in a heartbeat! IMHO people have $$$ in their eyes for what they have...
