    Good luck on your resto. Nobody needs a setback from mother nature. Maybe get a few Ranchero bucks from the insurance company?

    As for Sean and Ribald, dust/sand devils are lower air disturbances and can occur on a clear day, simply swirling winds from uneven ground heating. Tornadoes/waterspouts develop from upper air disturbances, are MUCH more powerful and last longer. It takes a storm to produce a tornado.
