I want to re-do the electrical system. The wiring just looks sloppy. Also, need valve covers, repaint the air filter replace the fan, clean up the AC and the mirrors need to be fixed (they are loose)
Very nice!! Looks like most of your work is detailing under the hood. That is about were I am also. I have found the easy fix for that is to leave the hood closed or find a large sum money and free time.
You don't really need a lot of money to detail an engine compartment. It is more time and labor (lots of time and labor).
You are correct, but I have more than detailing to do. I have owned the car for about 10 years. In that time it has been reliable and has given me no problems, but the engine is tired and should be rebuilt. I also plan on bring this car to our other home in Florida, so I will need to improve the cooling system to handle the heat. You are also right about time, that seems to be the toughest thing to find, I though I had some time in my tool box, but can not find it. My wife said she has some thyme in the kitchen cabinet. I think I might try this, I will let you know how I make out.
