U Joint question

    Thinking about replacing the u joints on my 74 GT. Looking on RockAutos website there seems all manner of different variations/yoke sizes etc......,any tips on what I should be looking for.

    They not only have numbers, they have sizes, so measure yours, cap-to-cap.

    Oh yea! I forgot , how is it secured---- by internal or external clips

    Ford ones are external clips, and whatever corrosion mustered up in its life.
