Dude that is so nice. What is the Color name...its a unique blend. I love the look. You are doing so awesome on it. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
Well, the powder coat color that I did the engine parts and bumpers is called Illusion Copper. The paint is Martin Senour (sp) that I picked from their color chart to match the powder coat. It is a couple of shades off but it blends together pretty good. The grill, bed and window trim and center of the wheels is powder coated with a black with very heavy silver metallic that looks like gunmetal gray from about 10 feet. It still needs a lot of work, but I finally got it to the point that it is my daily driver and I'm loving it. Leo
Nice look job. but since it is a work in progress let me make a couple of suggestions. With the mono chromatic look loose the door handles. Shave them off and run solenoids. and #2 is git rid of the peep mirrors they just do not look right on a square body style. A set of sport mirrors would look good on it. other wise i like it. But it is yours so make it like ya want these are just my suggestions.
Thanks to everyone for your comments. Shaving the door handles is actually one of the next projects. he poppers were ordered yesterday. I'm still on the fence about the peep mirrors even tho I think they look better in person than in the pictures. I pulled the extended shackles off and installed the stock ones back on. That lowered the back about an 1 1/2 inches from what the pictures show. Under the hood Closeup of what used to be rusted up Cragar S/S Leo
