We're looking on dressing up our engine with some new aluminum valve covers and an air cleaner.
We were wondering if anyone experienced any issues with the very inexpensive brand "Cricked Engines Performance" apposed to the more expensive "Scott Drake" or "Holley" brands.
I've heard that the cheap brands have a tendency to leak.

It's Cricket, not Cricked. :D Had to look them up.

Since they are aluminum, you are probably okay. The leakers tend to be the cheap stamped steel versions. Although anything is possible.

Many of the Chinese aluminum ones warp when heated and leak.

Good price on those, good polish on them also.

I might be wrong but I thought that the Boss 302 heads were slightly larger than the regular 302 heads, and I think they have two more bolt holes.

    Thanks for the heads up!!
