I did a little welding job today and gas started coming out of the circled hole on the valve that regulates pressure. Any ideas why and how to fix it???
I think there is a diaphragm in there , may have deteriorated. Not sure from the picture if that reg is serviceable, someone else will know I’m sure. Denis.

Diaphragm failure is a common problem. Take it to any industrial welding supply and they can get it rebuilt/repaired for you or tell you it can’t be rebuilt. As your welder is red I am guessing it’s a Lincoln brand welder it should be rebuildable , if it’s Harbor Freight plan on buying a new one.
It's a Lincoln 140, not a Harbor Fright...bought off of CL so not sure where the gauges/regulator came from? I'll take it to a welding supply as you suggest....
