Greetings! Looking for 15” magnums, beauty rings and center caps. If you are in Texas I would buy them with tires already installed. I want an exceptional set if somebody is looking to get rid of them. Marty 9362769015
Ford style magnums usually have chrome on the outer part, Mopar magnums are only painted and use trim rings, unless that's the look you're after. Not all that pricey brand new, though.
Magnum wheels definitely make Rancheros look better. The proper Magnum wheels for the 77-79 are painted 14" with trim rings. 15" chrome magnums were used on the 69-73 Mustangs. Why Ford put 15" wheels on the TBird/Cougar and left 14' wheels on the Ranchero was dumb. Chrysler and AMC also used 14" painted version which have the same bolt pattern. I keep saying I will switch mine to 15" but after 35 years I doubt that's going to ever happen, still running the 14s. New chrome 15" magnum wheels are available through Mustang parts suppliers. Then you need to change your speedometer gear for 15" wheels.
Might try Coker for re-pops. Have to guess a perfect set of OE's will cost a lot more. https://www.cokertire.com/wheels/magnum-500.html Shows they have 14's and 15's.
Coker Tire (cokertire.com) shows 14 inch stainless rings available. The picture looks close but seeing the actual part is a whole different thing.
I thought about buying the chrome mustang ones but I am kind of a purist. I really wanted 14” Magnumw with raised white letters...
