Carl, just have her sit on a rock, and tell her the story about the rabbits one more time.
A man's got to do what a man's got to do.

YUP Except the puppy was an old dead dog that you brought back to life by killing a couple of younger dogs to feed it. then keep killing younger dogs just to keep it going another 20 years

    It's OK Carl.
I shed a few tears when I had to put down a dog that had ridden with me every day for almost 15 years.

You should do a tribute thread for it. Photos right from the start, showing all the stuff you did to it.

I's hauled so much it's broken an axle. It's been attacked by aliens, twice I believe. It's bagged, shaved, tucked, and stripped. It's got a 72 clip, custom headlights, a Dodge bumper, who knows what seats by now, probably has parts for 20 Rancheros and 16 Torinos, as well as 24 miscellaneous vehicles mixed in. There's not another quite like the Pyl.

I hate to hear it Carl but understand. I had to part with my custom '83 VW Rabbit - left me stranded one too many times. Being nice, I essentially gave it away to one VW nut thinking he would give it good care. Same guy immediately turned around and sold it for good money. Now wish I had crushed my VW instead.

Instead of the crusher, why not hold a funeral and bury it in your back yard?

yeah. When Carl dies they could dig the thing up, put him in it, and send them to the crusher together.
There wouldn't be a dry eye in the scrapyard.

I'm sorry you have to part with your ranchero. Looks like you put a lot of work into it. If you are selling parts I am looking for stuff for my car.
