    I thought parts for '68-69 were bad haven't seen it quite that bad.

    That's because we had all those expensive parts... Well I had them all but the CJ Exhaust manifolds. But fortunately, I found a set locally, and the guy that hooked me up with the guy who had them knew what I was working on and what I was doing. So I got them at a very good price. AND they were date code correct for my car. BONUS!
    At the same time they were on e-bay for $1,600. Replacing my Carb.... would be near impossible. After sitting for 40+ years, it cost me $600 to get it cleaned and rebuilt to like new. They guy was drooling at what it could sell for. He suggested $2000-$2500 would be the starting point.

    I did buy a GT grill center piece for about one tenth of that grill though.
