I dunno what's for dinner, but I managed to score a pair of #1 Idaho Russet potatoes (how they escaped Ore-Ida and J.R. Simplot I'll never know) about a half pound each, baked them earlier when I was baking a roast with veggies, one will provide real home fries for two days, the other will provide buttery baked tater to go with the roast and veggies for two days!

Notice the beer comes first. Always list ingredients in order of content and importance.

Why do I get the feeling the content is '1 rack and 1 Red Baron microwave mini?'

My beloved makes whatever she feels like, and I eat it - or else. 44 years does that to ya.

Not my favorite by any means but it's boneless leg of lamb injected with fresh garlic shavings cooked with baby red potatoes and oven baked broccoli drizzled with lemon olive oil with an artichoke and homade Caesar dressing over baby romaine lettuce.

I haven't decided, but it's the end of the month, running low on everything, and the Eagle s#!ts on Friday. Gotta make it stretch.

I'm supposed to be changing my ways, but between my lack of funds and my lack of desire to eat veggies on a regular basis....

All this food talk is making me hungry again. Although Im not sure how I can eat in this Halloween costume. Ha, funny story..... so my boss and I were sitting around a few months ago, tryin to decide what to dress up like for today. We tabled the ideas and forgot about it. A few weeks ago she asks me what I decided on, told her nahhh I aint telling, it'll be a surprise. The other day I walk into the break room and another friend spills the beans, telling me that Gina is gonna dress up like a big ol' chicken. The hilarious part? Besides the fact that we didn't tell each other? I'm going as Colonel Sanders.
