Smoking some homemade kielbasa sausage today, and drinking a home-brewed Anchor Steam beer. PLUS, the sun's out today- doesn't get much better up here in the rainy NW!
Thats looks good...I have been meaning to have a shot at making my own sausages for a while, need to get me one of those suasage stuffing machines though! I did try brewing my own beer many years ago, even though it was from a kit of ingredients, it was very worthwhile. Havent done it since as the brew equipment i used, belonged to my dad, and it went missing in a house move..i think my mom had something to do with that.
Is there any other way, sear it, spank it and leave it crying for mama. Some good hot horseradish, steamed veggies and a garden salad.
A big portabella mushroom, basted with butter, and BBQ'd is as good as a burger. Bell peppers grill well also.
Better watch it, I might even start liking you. But you forgot the garlic. Not on the Bell peppers though.
Ribeye, small Prime Rib. A little tasting of nostril burning Horseradish belongs. I'll save the peppers and onions to mask choice and select cuts. Sauteed mushrooms as a side sounds good.
