I had issues trying to log on for a few weeks (two different times) and whatever was keeping me from getting on has disappeared, but where is everyone else? Are others having the same problem? I did see the post from one member talking about non-Ranchero posts, but holy cow, this has turned into a ghost town. I no longer own a Ranchero but enjoy helping others with problems and reading about what guys are doing - yes, even things unrelated to Rancheros .

I check in every day, and yeah, not much activity. The only Ranchero related info I have is I changed the oil & filter on mine this weekend. It just doesn't need any other work right now, and no road trips or car shows to report.
I did visit my road trip buddy Denny on Sunday to watch the NASCAR race in his shop.

Still checking in and still have my '70.
Trying to find a set of rims for it and that's harder and more expensive-er than neccessary.
I have chrome 14 X 6" Mustang/Torino GT rims on it now and really like the look. Wanting
the same wheel but move to 15 X 7". New repop rims are well north of 325.00 each and old ones are not in the best of shape. Rally rims would be OK too. The new stuff just doesn't seem to go with this body style.

I always liked this wheel, hubcap, beauty ring setup on a ranchero torino.
If you can find a set of 15 inch steel wheels (15 x 7 is ca good size for a 70) you can buy stainless aftermarket beauty rings new fairly cheap.

I check in from time to time. I still don't have the garage space to bring the red car inside to continue working on it. Trying to figure out a transmission mystery on the mustang, at the moment.
