The plot thickens............
It turns out that neighbours had their garages and cars broken into on Boxing day night.
I think I can safey assume that because they couldn't break into my garage, (it has a roller shutter type door) they attacked the car out of malice.
Still leaves me p@~~ed off, but at least I don't think it was a personal attack directed against me.

 

I'll give them a gift they won't forget if I get my hands on them

 

They have 3 times the level of violent crime as we do here.
So there must still be some guns they haven't found yet

Hey, I've heard a lot of this show Downton Abbey, about some British Royalty or something. It's 'supposed' to be good, but I'll be damned if I'll ever watch it (no boobs, guns or cars). What I want to know is.....what the hell is a Downton? You guys forget the 'w' in downtown?

 

It's not about Royalty,it's a story of everyday posh folk and their servants.
It is very well made and the stories are interesting. It harks back to the massive class divides that used to exist in the UK.
Downton Abbey is the fictional stately home where they all live.
You've missed a trick Sean, there are cars in it, very nice 1920's ones, also it shows the effect the telephone had on everyday life.
Try watching it, you may enjoy it !
