I have seen that circuit serviced by a fuse panel installed circuit breaker instead of a "regular" fuse, 35 amp model IIRC. Similar to this:

I would love to have an a/c circuit. Because that would mean I have a/c :D

    Just open the window.
Those circuit breakers are not as fast as a fuse, and you should carry a spare if it is a critical circuit as they do fail. The self resetting type, as that appears to be, can create a fire hazard if hooked to something that is shorted and you don't know it is turning on and off, or ignore it when it happens. That can also cause one of your fusible links to fail, and finding and fixing one of those on the side of the road is not fun at all.

I do open the window. I will also try to utilize the fresh air driver's vent

Yeah, when I was growing up only the rich had A/C of any kind. Stores that had it advertised it out front.

The "fresh air" vent was always a lie...hotter than opening the window.

We just never had cars that were good enough to have working A/C until now. And the car sucks. (2009 Ford Focus)

Put some dry ice in the vent, then use both the vent and the window.

had one of those things in my fuse box on the blower....would trip whenever I turned the fan speed higher than speed 3. Regular fuse solved it quite nicely.

Isn't there only 3 speeds anyway?

With Georgia weather, you need to turn it up to 11.
