    Yeah, seems odd to put all that money into it, then sell it non-running 100 miles later. And "needs floors".

    If it won't run because the carb is wrong how'd it get 100 miles on it?

    The paint is shiny, but very wavy. The engine compartment and cowl are still rusty. The floors are rusted. This thing is a polished turd with 2 gallons of bondo in it.

    There is a much nicer 65, 289, 3 speed, Poppy Red one near me for $14,900.

    If I wasn't sinking funds into my Ranchero I might consider it. If I could talk myself into Poppy actually being orange and not red.
