basically just an organizational tweak on what's there, as it expands it'll get hairy to find what yer lookin fer
there could be an open thread for nominations to be made sticky, and the rest of the section would be sticky, 'read only' threads that have won the approval of a moderator.
each thread could be a general topic and each post to the thread could get specific with brands, manufacturers and part numbers...
Electrical could be a thread and all kinds of posts could follow it like starters, dash clusters/harnesses, alternators/charging systems, fusible links, circuit protection, how to troubleshoot
