Sorry Carl, er, Sean. I promised I wouldn't say anything, but dangit you just exposed yourself (figuratively this time) and I had no choice.

The touching part is how they set up a video conference on their laptops so they can spa together even when in different states.
    Technology, bringing people together!

The touching part comes after they meet up in Prunetucky, but we won't go there.

If you do, bring a banjo.

There's an app for that, and they undoubtedly have it.

If he wants to take it as that and buy me an IPad, yes.

Preloaded with all the necessary apps, I'm sure. I've heard they're waterproof, and they have a camera.

Are they really waterproof? If not, they should be for $500. Damn!

I don't think they are, no. They can do a lot of things, but they can't swim.

How hard would it be to make them, at the very least, water resistant? Most watches are, and you can get one for $12.

I suppose it could be covered in silicone sealer but that would negate its' touch screen abilities, and make it hard to plug in the charger. Damn thing is, Steve Jobs was working on a waterproof one, but you know what happened to him. So long, waterproof iPad.

I heard he made one that dolphins could use, but the scuba diving monkeys kept stealing them. Anyway, I hope the 'ghost touch' iPad he had in the R&D stages came to fruition, because he would find that useful now.

We'll know in time, no doubt. God rest his diving monkey hating soul.

Wouldn't that be a hoot. Next year all Apple devices either quit working, or they start doing things all crazy. Lucky for me, I don't own a one. My kids do though.

I had an iMac once years ago. The kids liked to play Moopies. I had to know OSX because of my job. I own none now. Well, I guess I do have an iPod, but it's like 6 years old.

I quit using Apple after the Apple II. They did not make the operating system backward compatible so all the software I had written became worthless. (they went on to do that again several times).
There equipment is OK though overpriced. The big problem is their customer base. The only more annoying group are the Linux cranks.

Good thing I'm not a vengeful person when it comes to innocent typos. I’m all sweetheart, all the time.
