Someone did that around here a few years back. Scared some lady and their village made them take it down. I think it's great I guess some folks have no sense of humor.
Years ago, we had hung a dummy up from the roof to scare off the starlings, who were making nests in the insulation of the ceiling, in a truck bay. We filled a pair of pants and company jacket with old recycled milk jugs. The business behind us sent a note, laughing at it, and wondered if it was punishment for workers. The scarecrow was taken down when someone driving by thought an employee had hung themselves on a weekend, and the police and fire department showed up. We decided that it was not a good idea after all.
Well, it is possible. Years ago I witnessed a guy I went to school with, Chaney Hill, reach in and remove a 327 with all accessories still on it from a big Chevy wagon. He then walked over about twenty feet and set it on a guy's front porch. Farm boy, tough as you could get.
No kidding Dan. From that moment on I never picked on him or did anything that could possibly rile him up. He was a good natured guy but I didn't take any chances because I knew he could make a pretzel out of me easily if he wanted to.
