I picked up a ‘66 pony car 289 two barrel yesterday. The saga begins, my wife has always wanted one and this one is in fair condition as project car goes. The future question is can I afford the Ranchero and a Mustang we’ll see. I haven’t brought it home yet so once I do I’ll post some pics. I’m starting to think it’s not about the cars as much as about the project for an old man.

HaHa, I’m to old to get over the fence anymore.

Maybe she's not so sure. Take it as a compliment.

Well, I said I would post some pics so here they are. 7E5086F8-A21A-48A4-838F-962AAA03F7C0.jpeg D902DB51-12BC-4931-9A9B-7BC92BF03B6B.jpeg C885605C-3A60-45A4-A281-754ADCB9B5D3.jpeg 6F69A134-B177-4DE8-8A21-D910B6D2EE0A.jpeg
289 / Pony Interior also came with a set of 14x7 styled wheels still in box.

NICE ! Enjoy it as it gives you an excuse to get past the perimeter while chasing parts.
