Purchased from Academy Ford, Laurel, Maryland in June 1976 when stationed at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The truck had been a demonstrator for the dealership.

To put a rosier perspective on it, in the top photo I see a lovely reflection of trees on a glossy black hood....

    The hidden rust problem.

Water had dripped through and rusted out the floor panel behind the seats.

Soooo...this is not getting done new, but was done a decade ago? Or did you accidentally say '2012' instead of '2022?'

    Nice fuel door modification..
Never gave that a thought.. I am
Thinking about Door handles from the Station wagons Rear handles. Or shave completely as water gets in door
I don't have a picture handy of them
    Thanks for the ideas

September 2012: With stripes. I bought the stick on decals and my painter refused to use "such crap!" Then I found a stencil kit - so much better.

Do you have 2022 photos from the same angles, to show if there has been any wear?

You must've used hand tools. Too many times I've done it manually. Now, I use a rattle gun and appropriate socket, wobbly and extensions to remove/replace them.
