    trikar,

I am right outside of Santa Maria.
Are you familiar with, or an ex-resident of this area?

My Parents live in Baywood Park, I get up there about once a month to see them.

    trikar,

Are we talking about Baywood Park at Los Osos?
If so, that's only about 45 minutes from my place.
