Currently red, was thinking black, now Rhino?

I'm sorry but this faded red has to go. I was pretty well set on black but now I'm pondering going with Rhino/Bruiser Gray to match my jeep.

It looks gray in bright sun and blue/gray when overcast.

Original color was gold which is not an option for me.

    Opinions?

I had a BMW e28 20 years ago and it was gold. Some kind of light gold. I liked. So I probably would make your Ranchero gold again.

Or green. The Brewster green is my favourite color now. Maybe it is because of the car ;) When I see this green, I see it on a Porsche 911.

If it should be black or grey, I would recommend the grey. There are many beautiful grey tones. Sounds that yours is cool, too.

    Thanks for the replies.

Not a fan of gold or silver but that stone gray does look good.

Well, I think I've changed my mind again. I was set on MOPAR Rhino but have since thought it would be better to go with a factory color. The 1969 Ranchero brochure says Presidential Blue was an option so that is the current pick along with a new white vinyl top.

I've scoured the web and I cannot find any examples of a Presidential Blue 1969 Ranchero. Searching this site comes up with only one reference to a 1968 Presidential Blue but no pic and the OP was never heard from again. Anybody got a picture of a 68 or 69 in Presidential Blue?

BTW - I ordered a touchup can of Presidential Blue with a can of clear just to check it out. https://www.amazon.com/ColorRite-Ae...presidential+blue+paint&qid=1592500880&sr=8-1

Dodge's Destroyer Gray is a nifty color.

Is the C stripe unique to the GT ? I was thinking a double stripe wide/thin pin stripe since I don't have a GT or hood scoop.

Not sure if strip kit was optional on non-GT packages.Owned a 68 torino FB GT with 289 4V that didnt have hood scoop, but had GT badging and C stripe.Adding a C stripe on your base ranchero wont affect value.Build what you like.

Maybe presidential blue exterior, lower dash and back wall, black interior with black bench seat and white inset kinda like the seat in the pic below only white instead of red, white vinyl top and double white stripe and hood stripe in the style of the car below from another thread.
