It would be Dory (as in Dory Funk Jr) in the masculine and Dorie in the feminine.

    Call it whatever you want.
    Spell it however you want.
When my oldest son was born, my wife, right after labor, spelled his name Elijha to the nurse.
The nurse looked at me, did she really think I would argue the point?
He grew up fairly well, joined the Army, and dodged bullets.
Let the critics tell us what they name their cars so we can rip them a bit. ;)

it cranks. Spark plug wires were all crossed up.
Once I put them on right, it cranked up easy. Exhaust is gone.
Had to hook linkage to transmission back up and put fluid in it. Doree moves
No brakes. Needs a brake job.
Wipers work, radio works, windshield washer works. Courtesy light ,driver side, works
tail lights , headlights, turn signal, and both rear marker lights work
Needs a/c, dash lights, license plate light , front marker lights, a whole new exhaust, no brake lights
BUT for a car out of a junk yard , that the last time it was tagged , was 1995, a hell of a find. Tell me how to post a video and I'll be glad to show

Great to see that you finally have Doree in your hands. She looks like a bit of a project but it seems like you will see it through. I look forward to seeing your progress.

    Laters,
    Jeff

The easiest way is to post the video on utube or any other site, and then link to it here.

i'm jealous of all your work space. you'll need every inch when you remove everything off this ranchero.
    any rust issues?

I pressure washed the engine before we tried to crank it. Still not all the build-up came off and its burning 19 years of junk yard sitting, plus, there was a rat's nest on the top by the carburetor. The garage is also a work in progress. My man cave the includes a 53" tv, Hot/cold water, side by side refrig, microwave , and yes, heat and air. I am putting in a 8x10 shed next to the garage , just for the lawnmower and Doree parts. The motor is a 400. Got a line on a pair of Cleveland heads...
