here's what I settled for,,,,,,,,,,,,at 120 mph it will look good.
Come on you have got to add a couple of these... http://pitstopusa.com/c-133067-body-components-decals-graphics-headlight-decals.html
Here's my redneck air.
The Guy you are racing should never see your headlights...
Only if he is ahead of you when in line prior to staging - then he should just HEAR the jaws theme music... Like the Chevy Dude...
Unless they look in the rear view....................it does happen.
That rear view mirror weighs about a pound; toss it!!!!
Uh..., let's encourage the Camaro that we saw "Jaws" in to keep the weight penalty...
That looks very, very, very good!!!
Agreed, that looks impressive.
Considering the effort is in making the molds, you should put some of these parts up for sale.
As you probably rarely run against another 72 Ranchero or Torino you wouldn't be giving away your advantage.
I tried to toss the rear view mirror and hung it back up. I needed it. I'm too fat to turn around to see.
Hmmmmm, Maybe a bathroom scale in front of the refrigerator will shave some weight in the Ranchero.....
Then the dog would starve.
Looks great! What sort of times do you run?
7am if we race on weekends and Thursday night racing starts at 5pm till 10pm. I'm sorry for being a dork the Ranchero will motor the 1/4 mile in 11.1 @ 119 mph. it has traveled the 1/8 mile in 6.88 @ 100 mph
Haha Those are some nice times...err time trap results from racing down a particular length of drag strip
Lol the fridge fat joke aint nice, also hoping to be at those time sometime in the future. At 11.5 have .4 tenths of a second to go, who knows it may be possible. Also nitrous may be in the future someday, nothing crazy probably just 80 to 100 shot at most. Also weight is in my favor being 140 at my heaviest. Also headlights look good, don't shoot me down but I have been thinking about getting the capsule light housings and running a hid kit in the low beams. May do it after seeing your car, think it's time to get rid of those outdated glass halogen lights.
