    Amen to that Beerbelly, screw the monetary value, some guitars are priceless to one person....the guy who owns it!

    Heck, I'd happily 'sacrifice' the value of some of my old guitars for a finish like that.....where do I need to send 'em? Lol

    I completely agree, beerbelly. A family heirloom is prized not for its' retail value. I think you've done a marvelous thing and it looks fantastic. Who cares what the collector would think? It ain't going anywhere near the market anyway!
