New to this forum. Working on a 61 Ranchero. Currently working on restoring the original suspension. Anyone know a source for new upper control arms for a 61?

Welcome... You may find that your local parts stores still carry parts. I found NAPA and O'Rielly's very supportive. You will also find a catalog from Ecklers (MAC's, and Dearborn Classics) useful. Particularly if you are keeping a stock appearance.
Do the 61’s use different suspension parts during the same year? So far everything I have ordered has not fit - upper ball joints, control arm shaft, lower control arm with ball joint Anybody have a parts source for the early ranchero that actually knows what they are doing?
I am not 100% sure but there may be a difference with either a I -6 or V8 motor I think there was a difference of ball joint mounting at least uppers 3 bolt or 4 bolt A quick look came up with this https://www.autozone.com/suspension-steering-tire-and-wheel/ball-joint-upper/ford/ranchero
