whats my engine? (pics and vin)

    What is the fifth alphanumeric position in your complete VIN? An 'H' , 'Q' or is it an 'S'???

    What the block stamping tells us is that the engine is a 1974 installed in a car built it Atlanta with a sequential body number of 14518.

    It is likely a 351 Cleveland engine... but you can tell us a bit more with the letter that appears in the fifth alphanumeric position of the VIN...

    Its a 5, or do you mean the vehicle vin?

    I wasn't clear enough - the full VIN is going to be something like a script 'F' and then a sequence starting out 4A47?14518 and then it might have another script 'F'. It will appear on your title, the door pillar data plate or the title to the car.

    Okay - that is a 302 2V engine per the VIN.
