Don't laugh. I don't have cable, and I hate looking up news items on-line. What happened to the little bahstidge?

    Look at your previous post:

The only thing I got from this, which I had not originally seen a year ago, was to make fun of my question.

    They did an awesome job.
Wait till I build my ProStreet Ranchero.
I'm cutting out the entire cab floor due to rust, building box tube framing and all custom fabricated bead rolled sheet metal floor pans and trans tunnel.
The cab floor will end at the front bed bulkhead and will extend that down to floor.
The bed floor is also getting cut out and steel framing fabricated to hold a stained wood bed floor and big steel sheet metal wheel tubs with bead rolling.
The 72 frame is getting cut off at the rear and custom 2x4 box tube steel frame fabbed up for narrowed 9" rear axle with aftermarket 4 link coil-over suspension.
There will be a bunch of custom fabricating but I suspect the project will take a few years at least as takes me time building others cars to afford all the parts and materials.
I will sure to post the build here on Ranchero USA when it begins

Still got it !! Never touched it fir a while, as you can all probably tell. Got side tracked with my other project (fitting Coyote in my Euro Ford Capri MK3 ).

It will probably be this time next year before I can back to it

    Cheers

    Thanks for posting an update.
Personally I would rather see the Ranchero build finished but glad you still have it as you were doing an awesome job.
If your a year away from getting back on the Ranchero I should be well underway on my
72 GT ProStreet tribute build so maybe this time next year there will be 2 cool Ranchero builds for all the Ranchero members to drool over but I will say this money will be original era Ford powered either 351 Cleveland or 429-460 385 series engine as I'm old skool and not going modern EFI.

I'm not much of a Capri lover European or American Ford but too each their own.
Have fun,a Coyote will make it a rocket ship
