Time for new Z bar pivots...

    My clutch pedal was hanging up lately; it wouldn’t return all the way. So my wife came out and pushed the pedal while I was underneath. Lots of sideways movement in the Z bar, so I loosed the bracket bolts, took out the slack and cinched it up. Works perfect now, but I’m ordering a pivot kit. I actually put a new kit in there a few years ago, but a guy’s been doing a lot of shifting since then!

    Look how far I had to move the bracket- you can see the outline of the bolt heads.

    For a minute, I thought you had a frame crack; I looked at what I saw from two directions and concluded it's another piece of metal casting a shadow.
