Does the Exhauste from the drivers side wrap around the front of the engine and connect to the paseenger side? There is a engine in a Ford truck in the yard right now that has this type of engine in it.

Has it got two nuts on the top of each valve cover ? Some Y's had that burn your arm exhaust pipe up high in the front. Could be a 272, 292, or a 312 cid.

Cars with 2bbl carbs had that type. Those with 4bbl carbs had duals, except 1954.

The trucks used that into 57 I believe. The cars dropped that in 57. Truck engine & Tbirds have different motor mounts. Front and the trans mount. The car 292/312's have side motor mounts.
