I know that 2 seater, cjguy, and sarah are both running them. I am running forged pop ups in my built 351c with 2bbl heads. They should be able to tune in.

Yep, Speed Pro Hypereutectic Flat top pistons, no complaints so far, but it has only been on my test stand, dyno to come...

What octane gas are you guys using?

Do you have stock cams of aftermarket?

Lunati cam, race gas with Aussie heads(11.3:1 comp) - can't remember the octane - maybe 108? - never tried it on 93. Mixed with booster several times without problems.

My cams vary a little from build to build but are typically .485 Valve Lift and 290 degree duration plus or minus .005 lift and 5 degrees duration. The tune and distributor curve dictates the fuel I run - on two I run the highest pump octane I can get (93 here), on one I run mid-grade (89 here) and on one I can run regular no-lead (87) as long as I am careful about how much throttle I give it for the gear I'm in.

The Tune is everything Dan as you know... I built mine for street gas, somewhere around 420+HP,

I ran my numbers on that calculator came out what I had figured when I cc'd the block and heads, 10.358 static and 9.559 dynamic. I built it for 93 gas but not knowing here in NM it's 91 max, so we'll see if I tune it for 91.
Sarah I hope I get as good mpg as you as I can see the level go down on the tank as I run it on the test stand, almost as bad as a boat full throttle...:D

    2 seater's numbers

I ran the calculation, I should be at 9.9 static and 9 dynamic with flat tops. Who supplies 30 over piston sets at a reasonable price ( i.e i don't need fancy Keith Black stuff)? I need them with a 3cc volume or more.

Thanks for the advice. Yup, it's without rings. I got cast rings so everything will break in nice and easy. This is where I will be:

    Aus heads, 64cc, bowl ported
    headers
    X pipe
    roller rockers
    eddie manifold
    flat top pistons
    new timing set
    cam - 204/214 @50 112 sep intake closes (262/272 .484/.510)

I'm going to throw a 670 Holley and an MSD 6A/Blaster 2 at it too.

How's that sound? What kind of HP should that make?

The IVC is 29. Hopefully the heads will provide enough squish....
