I'm so glad I have a 74. I know most of you will agree it's the perfect car not to mention the stunning design of it. Sure a lot of people croon over the 72, but it has sissy bumpers really, not the manly 74 bumpers that will bounce a deer of of and just have a polished spot. Not to mention a bench around the kegger fire. Then there's the 60's styles, wasn't the entire nation on drugs during the 60's? I think its time we quit cutting them guys some slack because they couldn't say no. Then they went all out boat with the late 70's, like lets go all the way man!!! Right on dude!!! Yep I think 74 was a great year, moderate and classy ya know? To each their own of course and I respect everyone's opinion, just thought I would point out the obvious. That we all know in the deep recesses of our minds, that the 74 is the perfect Ranchero...

Yeah, the boxy government designed bumpers can fill your tag if you are low on ammo, and a place to sit if the gals are ignoring you at a party, so they have their fans.
The 74's definitely have that Soviet diplomat look to the front end that is timeless.

Now theirs no point in being jealous. If anyone is looking to upgrade I can help. She is glorious after all... How you all been anyways? I'll probably be hit or miss on here because I'm an overworked alcoholic but I'll do my best.

Doesn't your nose belong in someone else?
The guy is man enough to take a bit of what he dishes out. He doesn't need a suckup as a backup.

True, plus, just because everyone didn't like him, especially the lady folk, doesn't mean Lonny will sit alone. Lonny never sits alone unless he wants to.

Ma'am, that is why people install buttons.
    So they can be pushed.

Doing better now if you're finally back. Still making knives and hunting elderly moose?

well lately I just been doing woodworking projects and hunting rib eyes at the supermarket, you should see the look on everyone's face when they see me sneaking down isle 7 at Safeway dressed in camo with a nerf gun, I like to set up behind the tortilla rack, it's the perfect shelf system to hide behind and still get an accurate shot at my dinner. those steaks never see me coming.

Thats why i got a 74, the ladies cant resist the masculinity of this particular ride, sometimes they leap right off the sidewalk into the back.

And sometimes you have to club them over the head first.

Ya gotta' look over the good natured button pushing Cindy. It be part of the universal car culture conversation starters, been happening since the first two auto enthusiasts met each other. Kinda' like the local gals and their Garden Club who meet up every Tuesday at a local bar for drinks. Their t-shirts are emblazoned with = " Grow your own dope, plant a man " Button pushing ? Harmless but it get's a reaction.

By ladies, do you mean human females, or something else?

I didn't call them Ladys there Sean. Most really are though. I know them all and would trust my life to them girls. Get them all in a group and it borders on anarchy, very entertaining to sit in on a meeting but I always end up buying them rounds to loosen up the conversations. More like education than entertainment, nothing happens in the area they don't know about.
